Sreten Milutinović was born on July 18, 2001. in Foča and is 19 years old. He lives in Miljevina near Foča. He finished elementary school in Miljevina and high school in Foča with great success. 

Through primary and secondary school, he participated in competitions in mathematics and the Russian language, where he achieved good results at the municipal and regional levels. During his schooling, in addition to success in teaching activities, he also participated in various projects that were helpful to his local community as well as in projects within the student council of his school. 

In the middle of 2020, he enrolled at the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of East Sarajevo. He is also studying forestry in Vlasenica. He is adorned with a cheerful spirit, perseverance, and a great desire to progress. He aims to become an expert in his profession and believes that he will succeed in that. He has been part of the foundation since the beginning of his studies.
