He enrolled at the Faculty of Economics in Tuzla in 2012. Since 2013, he has been a recipient of the Bosana Foundation Fellowship, with the support of which he has produced enviable results in personal development. As a graduate of the Accounting and Auditing Department, he completed his thesis on Audit Materiality in 2016 with the highest grade, earning the title of Bachelor of Economics.

He defended his master's thesis in 2019 and received the title of Master of Economics. After completing his undergraduate studies, he begins his internship at the Public Utility Company "Komunalac" Kladanj. He has been hired as Marketing and PR Manager at the educational and consulting company, as well. From July 2018, he is employed in Raiffeisen Bank.

Mirzet continued his professional development through non-formal education through participation in several projects and volunteering.
