Ema was born on September 10, 1995, in Sarajevo. She lives with her single mother.

Ema completed her primary and secondary education with an excellent record. In high school, she competed in a regional championship in the subject of democracy and placed third.

She attended the University of Sarajevo, where she studied journalism and communications.

Ema enjoys writing and reading. She believes that education is a building block to success and Ema is thankful to the Bosana Foundation for the scholarship.
