Meet Elma
Elma Gazetić was born on October 3, 2003 in Tuzla. She graduated from the Nursing high school in Lukavac and then enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tuzla, Department of Physiotherapy.
Elma believes that non-formal education is just as important, if not more important, than formal education, which is why she decided to volunteer and give her community everything it deserves. Her contact with volunteering and all of its joys was through her local Youth Bank, where she still volunteers today.
Through volunteering in the Youth Bank, as Elma says, she strengthened her skills, developed herself further as a person and successfully coped with challenges that she previously considered unbearable. All this ultimately helped her define her goals and become what she dreams of, someone who will inspire young people and show them by example that they can do anything, only if they have enough courage and desire to fight for their dreams.
Elma believes that success requires education, courage, a clear attitude, and a couple of positive people who will brighten the path to our achievement.
