Armel is born on August 5, 1990, in Kakanj. He was raised in a small village called Dubovo Brdo where he lived with his parents and sister. His father has been unemployed for about twenty years, so financial hardship has been a way of life for his family for a long time.

Armel attended a technical high school in Kakanj, where he first learned about mechanical engineering. He graduated at Faculty of Mechanical engineering at Zenica University.

He wishes to find employment so that he could assist his family. Armel dreams of being able to financially assist his sister to obtain higher education also.

He is forever grateful to the Bosana Foundation for accepting him into its growing family.
